Delivery & Invoice

The VESSELINDEX®  Performance Report  20XX will be delivered in electronical format only and access instructions shall be send along with the commercial invoice to the email stated in the ordering form.

Legal

The laws of Denmark govern these Terms and Conditions. You agree that any legal action relating to these Terms and Conditions may take place only in Denmark. You agree that any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the website and/or the VESSELINDEX® Performance Report 20XX must be commenced within six months after the claim or cause of action arises or it will be deemed to have been waived.
